Shipping

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Typical delivery times are from 2-3 weeks, in-store pickup will be between 1-2 weeks, we will notify you at the e-mail address and phone numbers provided with your order when your items are ready for pickup. 

You may pick up at our store located in Richland Center, WI by adding that request to your order notes at the checkout. The physical store for pickup of items is at:

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 10 days of delivery, please notify us by e-mail at bigwillowpromotions@gmail.com within 10 days of your receipt of item to initiate the return process. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns will be settled with store credit for replacement items.

Returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective items may be returned for store credit of the same, or equal, value. Once a return is authorized, pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. Send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as to agreement..
