So that you know how we do business, we feel that if you aren't satisfied with your purchase then we haven't done our job. Business is all about relationships, and for successful relationships all parties need to come out winners. Therefore, you can count on us to put 100% into the relationship we will have with you. Part of our business model is to also return a percentage of your purchase to the event it promotes.

We provide single, or multiple, order apparel, promotional giveaways, banners, housewares, and many other items for your needs. With Buy Big Willow you will find that there are no screen print charges or additional costs for adding another color to a design. Logo's can be placed almost anywhere on the item and even in multiple locations. 

You will notice that our models come in all shapes, sizes, and age groups. We hope that this gives everyone a realistic view of how the item will look for you, and not because we are just really too cheap to hire professional models. I know I have ordered clothing items that looked great on a model that wore a Medium Men's, but then when I get the XL size home I am a bit disappointed.

We accept payment through several options, including credit cards and Paypal which also accepts electronic payment by checking/bank account.
